A unique half-day experience for wine lovers from around the globe. Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of Burgundy wines and savor, glass in hand, some of the legendary Grand Cru appellations of Burgundy!
Through this exceptional oenology course, featuring a dedicated tasting of 8 Grand Cru appellations, you’ll uncover the rich history of the region—from its vineyards to the expertise of its winemakers.
The Fundamentals – Half-Day Tasting

Time: 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Begin with a guided tour of the exhibit, followed by an immersive conference on the fundamentals of wine, and conclude with a tasting of 6 Burgundy wines.

Start the day with a guided tour of the exhibit and a conference on wine fundamentals, paired with a tasting of 6 Burgundy wines. After a wine-paired lunch, enjoy a landscape reading of the Grand Crus on the Corton Hill, and finish with a tasting of 7 Burgundy wines.

Learn how to observe, smell, and taste wines, and identify their aromas. Explore wine storage, service, and food pairings. By the end of the day, you’ll feel more confident with a glass of Burgundy wine and start to find the right words to describe and share your impressions.
