A brand-new concept to discover Burgundy wines, the art of tasting, and our vineyard. These workshops, lasting about an hour, provide a fully immersive experience through a 360° projection, tasting of 3 to 5 wines, and a guide who will accompany you on this sensory journey.
Whether you’re a beginner, expert, or passionate about wine, we’ll guide you through these workshops to offer you a personalized and comprehensive experience, sharing the keys to Burgundy’s viticulture and answering your questions.
Our Themes:
Four tasting themes to choose from: “Introduction to Tasting” to understand the basics of wine tasting, “Burgundy, Wines of Terroirs” to learn about the terroirs and specifics of Burgundy wines, “Food & Wine Pairings” to delight your taste buds, enhance your dishes and wines at home, and “The Effect of Vintage.”
Depending on the workshop, you will have the opportunity to taste 3 to 5 wines that align with the chosen theme.
