The Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne is committed to its region!
Driven by strong core values, the Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne is dedicated to integrating into a wide network aimed at enhancing the structure and qualification of its offerings across its three sites.
To this end, it has committed to meeting various national brand standards and reputable labels, ensuring that all visitors receive services that best meet their needs, based on rigorous criteria.
Vignobles & Découvertes
The Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne in Chablis, Beaune, and Mâcon was awarded the Vignobles & Découvertes label in the fall of 2023, officially joining the family of qualified heritage sites in Burgundy.
In addition to entering this prestigious group of newly certified locations, the Mâcon and Beaune sites had the honor of hosting the annual Saône-et-Loire and Côte-d’Or evenings on November 30th and December 5th, respectively, where they were presented with their awards in person.
The Les Accords Wine Bar at the Cité in Beaune and the École des Vins de Bourgogne are also part of the list of certified establishments.
This label, awarded by Atout France, further strengthens the Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne’s position as a key oenotourism destination, making it easier for visitors to organize their stay in Burgundy.

Accueil Vélo
Awarded in the fall of 2023 to the Cité in Mâcon and Beaune, this label recognizes services that are conveniently located along cycling routes and are specifically tailored to welcome cycling tourists by offering a range of services.
The national Accueil Vélo label is implemented under the guidance of France Vélo Tourisme by local tourism organizations, ensuring cyclists receive the best possible welcome throughout France.

Label Aventures Mômes
This label, initiated by Destination Saône-et-Loire, was awarded to the Cité in Mâcon in the fall of 2023 for its family-friendly offerings, including themed tours and workshops designed specifically for children and families.

Label Famili’Yonne
This label, initiated by Yonne Tourisme, was awarded to the Cité in Chablis in the spring of 2023 for its family-friendly offerings, including themed tours and workshops specifically designed for families.

Label Qualité Tourisme
Recently, we received the Label Qualité Tourisme for the Cités in Chablis, Beaune, and Mâcon. This state label was created to enhance the quality of vacation destinations in France. It brings together and selects under one symbol the quality initiatives committed to ensuring customer satisfaction at nearly 5,500 establishments.
