Our Buildings
Three Visit Sites, Three Living Spaces, Three Unique Architectures
Our Buildings
The Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne is one destination with three welcoming sites to explore the Burgundy vineyard from north to south. These three new buildings each have their own unique identity, atmosphere, and character.

The Cité in Chablis, at the heart of the Cellier du Petit Pontigny
Located in the heart of the village, just steps from the vineyards, the Cité in Chablis highlights the history, heritage, and culture surrounding Burgundy’s world of vines and wine.
Housed within the historic Cellier du Petit Pontigny, a building dating back to the Middle Ages, it shines a spotlight on the vineyards of northern Burgundy: Chablis, Grand Auxerrois, and Châtillonnais.

The Cité in Mâcon, open to the city, along the banks of the Saône
In Mâcon, along the Saône River, in the heart of the cultural district, the Cité has been built within the expanded and completely transformed premises of the Bureau Interprofessionnel des Vins de Bourgogne (BIVB). It highlights the history, heritage, and culture surrounding the world of vines and wine in Burgundy.
The Cité focuses on the vineyards of southern Burgundy and offers a deeper exploration of the region, its history, and its wines.
