Visit as a Family
A Pathway Specially Designed for Families
For your children, a dedicated path is integrated into the main tour. It highlights the history of the vine in Burgundy: fossils, the vine’s life cycle, grape clusters, animals, and more…
This path, marked by 7 small cabottes—shelters used in the vineyards—allows young visitors to learn while having fun through immersive, multi-sensory, and playful experiences.
The visit concludes with a grape juice tasting.

To add some excitement to your family’s visit to the Cité in Beaune, we’ve created activity booklets and quests to provide a fun challenge during their tour.
Awaken your children’s inner detective with our quests at the heart of the Cité!
Pick up one of our booklets and embark on a quest through the permanent exhibition, and sometimes even in other areas of the Cité.
Throughout the year, you can also enjoy our seasonal themed booklets (for Christmas, Halloween, Easter, etc.).
A small gift will be offered to your child at the end of the tour if they solve the mysteries of the Cité!
