An introductory immersion, glass in hand, into the fascinating world of Burgundy wine aromas and flavors.

Good to Know

The Tasting Days are usually held on a Saturday. They are designed to introduce you, glass in hand, to the methodology and practice of wine tasting.

Learn how to look at, smell, and taste white wines, red wines, and Crémant de Bourgogne, while identifying their aromas. The workshop also covers wine storage, service, and food and wine pairings.

After a lunch-tasting, the afternoon is dedicated to discovering the terroirs and appellations, with a landscape reading in the Grand Crus of the Côte de Beaune, followed by a guided tasting focused on terroirs and vintages.

By the end of the day, you will feel more comfortable with a glass of Burgundy and begin to find the right words to comment on the wines and share your impressions.

This training is open to all, with no prior knowledge of wine, Burgundy wines, or tasting required.
